This is custom ui which is made by ktouch company for therir phones its mixture of stock and many roms.

INSTRUCTIONS

Go to TWRP
Wipe cache / dalvik cache / data / system......

then reboot to recovery again
flash rom 
Reboot
First boot may take time
Imortent (after first boot flash the gapps which i am providing)
after flashing gapps reboot to system after boot some time you see
black screen wait for 5 minuts gapps are settling.

KNOWN ISSUES 

Defult video player not working and sd card bug
